Call forwarding from Snom 360 through Asterisk Now

Id appreciate some help or info on a call forwarding problem im having with asterisk now.
I am currently getting a lot of grief as users are not able to forward calls to external numbers. We are using Snom 360 phones which are able to forward on calls after a set number of rings or when the user is busy on the phone. Unfortunately it dos not seem to work due o the way asterisk now seem to interpret the forwarded call. I have tried rings the number we wish to forwarded to directly from the phone and it rings fine but when the call is set to forwarded it drops it. I have tested this in trixbox which works fine so i know the feature works fine form the phones. i have some logs form the phone if this helps:
