Call ended without an answer

Hello… im using asterisk… every time i try to call from outside the office(then i put an extension to be transferred to) when im transferred it automatically gives me “call ended” :unamused:
coulf you please help mee??

It is bit difficult to suggest anything before looking at Dialplan and call logs for your call scenario.
