Call center problem

I have setuped a call center using asterisk. I install IDEFISK softphone in PCs for seats and can pick call from call queue. I want to add a function that make asterisk know which PC have pickup the call and send some special info ( such as caller id) to the PC.

The softphones should already receive caller ID by default. If not you might want to try xlite. Perhaps you mean that you want * to announce the call type to the receiver who picks up the call so that they know what product,service, department, brand, etc the customer is calling for so that they can respond appropriately?

i want the receiver pc and receive caller id and call the DB to show the customer’s information automaticly
