BYOD VoIP Providers With Caller ID Name?

I’m looking to create a list of BYOD VoIP providers that are Asterisk friendly who offer Caller ID With Name. I only know of Broadvoice, ViaTalk and AXVoice so far.

If you know of a provider that definately has Caller ID with Name can you please post here and let me know! Thanks!!
