I don’t want to start a distro war here.
Can someone please give me recommendations on which Linux distro Asterisk runs best on in a production environment?

we’re using CENTOS
Gentoo
Whichever one you like I guess, but the people who develop Asterisk use CentOS. At least they used too, so it would be a reasonable assumption to say that CentOS is always compatible.
