Astersik in the cloud

Will I install an asterisk in the cloud, someone knows a good server or has done something similar, what about DigitalOcean?

I have Asterisk running on Digital ocean for around 3 years from now , and no major issue

Thanks, the router of the internet provider needs some additional configuration?

There is not an exact answer to this question as there are maybe thousands of model of router and Internet provider and the scenario could be different s on most of the cases

I have huge number of servers on clouds and no issue at all. Even its snapshot backup is realy relieve. As for actualy performing having harden and secure asterisk is something counts, a proper configuration, good usage of Fail2ban or similar server, strong firewall matters. I used all types of digital droplets to deploy server, even smallest for my testing purpose and all works good.
