It would like to know of the friends, as to make to monitor calls of call center with asterisk? It would need to monitor in real time, for example pauses of the agent, status of the call, attendance, the agents, etc. As in a traditional system, as Siemens and Avaya. This is possible? The system Queue Metrics makes this? Somebody has call center working with asterisk, to contents?
