Asterisk: When agents are busy!

Hi everyone,

i have a small issue if somebody can guide me , please go ahead.

i am setting up asterisk to setup a very small call center for support purpose .

i have a 2 agents , when both agents are busy i want the callers to listen to some audio file (advertisement/promotion).when an agent become available call should be transferred to that agent.

whats the ways forward ?

you should implement queue .

Callers enter the queue and as soon as one agent gets free they can be answered . you can set the advertisement voice file in your MOH for queue . till customers are in hold they will hear that sound .
