Re-directing a already initiated transfer

In asterisk 1.8.20 Is there a way to do the following:
A call is Transferred to a extension that has Auto Answer enabled. the called extension says, Send the caller to a different extension, ( I’m busy and can not take the call) Can we pull the transfer back to the original transferring extension so that the call can be re-transferred to a different extension ?

Is this a features transfer?

Is this a SIP transfer?

Is it a blind transfer or an attended one?

If it is a SIP blind transfer, does the phone use the blind transfer procedure (REFER) or the attended transfer procedure (INVITE followed by REFER/Replaces)?
