We are using asterisk 22.214.171.124 for our inbound and outbound campaigns. We are facing recording sync issue with some of the calls but not all. Can you please help us to resolve this issue or let me know which version don’t have this issue. Because we are using Asterisk 1.2.18 on one of our system from last two year and never face this issue. We shifted to 1.4 for new features but facing this issue on daily bases. I tried to search forums but didn’t find clear answer to this. Does this issue resolved in latest release of Asterisk 1.4. Please help to diagnose this issue.
