Asterisk in Call Center

Is any one using Asterisk in call center as a epbx and integrated it with some call center solution with CTI ?

Yes. I use it to support many hundreds of predictive dialing outbound agents as well as many ‘classic’ inbound agents.

is this 100% only Asterisk or you have integrated with some other applications as well.

No, we have an external application which manages all the intelligence. Basically asterisk just does what the Intelligence Engine tells it to. We use FastAGI scripts and the AMI to control asterisk.
