ARI does not Recording Calls!

Hi ,

Im use AsteriskNOW 32 bit with freepbx 2.8.1.4 and asterisk 1.6.2.11

Enter our provider Ip and make call Thats OK! but ARI doesnt record our extension calls.How can I record calls?
Please help me…
