Analog Telephone and TDM410P

I have a TDM410P connected to my machine and an analog telephone, alcatel temporis 350

My TDM410 has two channels one FXS and one FXO (1 and 4 respectively).

Thing is that when I connect analog phone to FXS it doesnt get power.

I’ve checked in my system :

lspci | grep Digium

05:08.0 Ethernet controller: Digium, Inc. Wildcard TDM410 4-port analog card (rev 11)

And card seems to be already working…

I’ve configured dahdi’s system.conf, also chan_dahdi.conf

But phone continues with no power… I’m wondering what should I check to know how can I make phone get at least power (to know if the card is well functioning at least)

Regards

Some more info maybe can help out for the solution

With dahdi_tools I see:

Wildcard TDM410P Board 1

Current Alarms: No alarms.
Sync Source: Internally clocked
IRQ Misses: 0
Bipolar Viol: 0
Tx/Rx Levels: 0/ 0
Total/Conf/Act: 4/ 2/ 0

Here says: 2 conf of a total of 4 ports. In the first I have a green FXS and in the last a red FXO. By the way I have both connected to cat3 Rj11 cables and tried both to connect to my alcatel temporis 350 neither connect. I’ve tried to connect the alcatel directly to the analog line to check if problem was telephone, and works ok so telephone is not the problem, and I want to know if card can be the problem or maybe configuration

Some info about /etc/dahdi

In modules only have loaded:

Digium TDM2400P/AEX2400: up to 24 analog ports

Digium TDM800P/AEX800: up to 8 analog ports

Digium TDM410P/AEX410: up to 4 analog ports

wctdm24xxp

In system.conf just:

fxsks=1
fxoks=4

loadzone=es
defaultzone=es

echocanceller=mg2,1
echocanceller=mg2,4

Rebooted the system, asterisk works by default with sip phones.

But Alcatel Temporis is dead. Doesn’t get power.

More info:

The TDM410P is plugged to the molex conector

I’ve checked out that it is getting power:
10000horas.com/asterisk/files/20 … imetro.jpg

And also I’ve tried with a different and more powerful power supply:
10000horas.com/asterisk/files/20 … enador.jpg

But still cannot get this to work. I look at the kernel boot record with dmesg: this output:

dahdi: Telephony Interface Registered on major 196

I’ve tried configuring the FXS in nearly all the channels with no success

I’m stucked with this problem :frowning:
