Please excuse me if this question has been asked before. I am looking to set up a small call centre serving the UK and Spain. I wish to base this on an asterisk server in a UK data centre.
Are they any companies that can reliably give me inbound and outbound PSTN based on an IP link to my server.
There are a few suggesions but nobody so far has been able to help. We wish to redirect an existing 0870 in the UK to this new number and may have up to 5 inbound/outbound calls at any one time.
I would guess there will be a good spend on outbound, 99 percent of which will not be voip calls.
