Hi:
A good many years ago, someone helped me set up an Asterisk system.
However, that person is no longer with us, but, I’d like to get back into it again.
Right now, all I want to do is setup Asterisk on my home network, and then set up a couple extensions using something like MicroSIP on a couple computers and paly around with it.
I may move on to setting up a SIP trunk later on, but, I just want to get a very basic system set up.
I am banging my head against the wall trying to get it to work using FREEPBX, but, do I really need that just for a couple sample extensions.
Has someone created a guide to something simple like that?
