Asterisk doesnt seem to send 180 ringing with SDP information. it does it with 200 OK.
How/What to configure to enable Asterisk to send the SDP that it send with 180 OK instead of 200 OK ?

Yes, Asterisk doesn’t send SDP with 180 Ringing. And this is what Asterisk has to do 
The only one provisional response (1xx) which could contain SDP is 183 Session progress. And Asterisk sends it…
