When I dial the number xxxx-xxxx, I get the following SIP signaling:

183 (SDP)

etc. …
See that the provider is not sending 180 ringing.
My question is:
How do I send 180 ringing with 183 (SDP) in the call?
The signage should look like this below:
invite
100
183 (SDP)
180
200 OK
etc. …
(Any 180 if ringing appear before or after the 183 (SDP), what matters is that the moment the 180 ringing is sent is the same as 183 (SDP).).
See I’m not talking about the Fake Ring, ring false because unfortunately happens immediately after the Invite, which makes it very automatic.
I need the 180 Ring comes with the 183 SDP, is this possible?

It’s not something that would normally make sense to do in SIP. Generally one would override the other.
Note that the start of your article suggests some third party is generating the 183, but the later questions sort of imply it is Asterisk. You need to explain what you are trying to achieve as the overall gaol (i.e. why you want both events in quick succession) and exactly what is generating which event.
