Which Linux Distribution was present on Asterisk Now?

The earlier development was done on CentOS. I imagine that was what was used for AsteriskNow.

The wiiki page is pretty generic and would be valid for the CentOS platforms, and is likely to have been based on a version written when CentOS was the only system. However I believe that current versions are tested on both Red Hat family (probably still CenOS) and Debian family (probably Ubuntu).

The wiki has a page talking about supported platforms[1] and you are correct. CentOS, RHEL, Debian, Ubuntu current support versions.
