Can anyone point me out, how can I do this? I don’t even know how this feature is called.
I have a database of customers and I need to call them (automated calling) and save some information such as how many attempts until the call was succesfully answered, how much time, at what time, etc.
Can anyone give me a clue?
As you may notice, I have no idea of Asterisk… =P
