- Working on Sangoma FreePBX system.
- Callers have to press twice the same option to reach the actual line. The firs time is says: We haven’t received a valid response.
I read online that it can be related to NATing, I am not sure why and how, if someone could direct me to KB or threads. Most of the time, I am redirected to retran warning message which is not my case.
The warning come every 2 minutes.
No changes have been done since a long time.
