What is the maximum time value between 200 OK and ACK?

In case if it exceeds 4-5 seconds upon re-invite session, i have one-way audio (the caller cannot hear the callee) and such message appears:

[Mar 24 17:21:26] WARNING[1433] chan_sip.c: Timeout on 254ecbd9644f670d189eb59478444785@10.58.40.18:5060 on non-critical invite transaction.
