Hi, i have a asterisk testing box, in my test when i are talking with another person the voice mail message cuts the communications, what i can do?

Explain what you mean by the voicemail cuts the communication ? Does it not let you leave a long message ? You can set the time that a message can be in voicemail.conf
Whe im in a call, taking with anoter extension, the call cuts an i says the message to leave a voice mail.
