Voice Recognition & VXML

I’m looking (hoping) I can implement a VXML solution using Asterisk. I do not know enough about Voice Recognition to successfully implement Sphinx, or others in Asterisk.

Has anyone successfully implemented and utlized Voice Recognition with Asterisk?

Lumenvox has linux based speech rec now. There are threads posted about integrating it with Asterisk. I am not sure about any other platforms.
