I configured the voicemail to realtime and its working fine. But from message log I am unable to identified this is the new message or old message. Is there any way we can Identify ?

The answer is of my above post is :
You can get the details from the DIR field :
If you get the value in DIR field : /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/3001/Old It means old message.
If you get the value in DIR field : /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/4001/INBOX it means new message.
This is for all who are looking to identify number of old and number of new voice messages of perticular mailbox number.
