Various Incming call in an extension

Hi to all.
I have an ASTERISK pbx integrated with a external conference server for make conference call, videos and colaboration.

The conference server using an extension of ASTERISK looks like otrher terminal or softphone.
i can make various calls simultaneous, but i only can recive 1 at the same moment.

I try to set up the incominglimits=10, and call-limit= 10.
Can i set up de extension for recive mora than 1 incoming calls simultaneous.??

For bare Asterisk, the default condition is to accept unlimited numbers of calls on an extension, subject only to any limits imposed downstream.
