Is there any limit to the number of people who can connect to an Asterisk conference call? I would like to put 200-300 callers into a single conference. Everyone would be muted except for one speaker. Is this possible?

There wil be a limit, not sure what it is, The problem you will have to address is bandwidth. and the number of concurrent calls your supplier can handle

The conference calls would all be internal on our network. No outside calls for the moment. Has anyone tried this?
it will be not nice with 100+ on one box.
also you MUST unmute almost all of then for nice sound.
it can be done by using more then one box.
