* using h323 <--> to a Nortel BCM 3.6

I have been able to successfully setup and use both SIP and h323 for calls from/to * and a Nortel BCM.
My problem is that I can’t seem to get * -> BCM calls to be able to route out the BCM’s PRI.
Can anyone help with this please?

do you have set up the remote packages on the voip channels nad the pri channels ?
