Using calling card service out of Asterisk

Hi,

Is it possible to use a calling-card service out of asterisk without the user having to enter the data?

I.e. I want the user to dial a number e.g. 011 23 456 789

Asterisk would then dial:

  • 0800
  • enter the correct code
  • 011 23 456 789

Is that possible?

Yes, I just set this up the other day … after consulting the forum as well. Here’s what I got working for my Target (MCI Worldcom) card:
