I am using Zaptel with a TDM400 card at the moment. I’m interested in upgrading to the new DAHDI drivers. All the guides I’ve found so far simply say that the process is relatively painless.
Do I have to uninstall the Zaptel drivers first? I know Asterisk will pick DAHDI over Zaptel if it finds both, but won’t having two sets of drivers for the same hardware upset things?
Assuming I do have to uninstall Zaptel, how is this done? Can I ‘make uninstall’, or do I need to manually remove the Zaptel kernel modules?
