Unsupported Media type

I just installed G729 codec from Digium on Asterisk. But when I made a call and I got error as below:

ANd calls went dead. Please help.

First make sure you installed G729 correctly by typing show translation at CLI.
It sounds like your voip provider is not compatible with this codec or at least this flavour of codec.
