I am new to asterisk.
problem i am facing is
"When the phone call to the operator calls and gives a computerized message asking them to click #1 to take the call of #2 to refuse it. The system does not recognized that #1 has been pressed unless the computer is done talking. "
please tell me what is the problem…
is i am using wrong option #1 rather than 1#

Depends on your dialplan , this could be the intended operation.
