UK CLID sometimes works

currenty have AAH 2.5 running on a BT line coming into tdm card.
tdm card is about a month old and is functioning in UK mode.

it seems caller ID works sometimes and not others, even from the same originating phone, with calls say 2 minutes apart, is there an approach i can take to resolve this.

Also when a call comes up it shows "unknown " where is unknown generated from as i’d like to show some caller details

below is part of zapata.conf

thanks for that the change worked, although it took 2 reboots to work for some reason

again thanks

When you say reboot do you mean “reload” “restart” or “stop now” the “asterisk” to restart it.

Only the last will reliably make the change, a restart in 1.2 is similar to a reload but will restart the channels

went for a full reboot using command shutdown -r now

was going to try amportal stop/start but was unsure if this would make the relevant changes

WOW a full shutdown

A stop and start woud have done it.
