anyone know why i get an error when it try to send a fax with a .call file? the error is:
app_txfax.c: Fax send not successful - result (14) TIFF/F file cannot be opened.
Make sure the user asterisk server is running under has read permissions to the tiff file.
I’m getting the same error:
[Dec 4 16:36:13] DEBUG[9646] app_txfax.c: FLOW FAX Set rx type 4

I’ve even done a chmod 777 on /var/spool/asterfax… still no luck.
Anyone have ideas on where to look to help solve this issue?
Take a look at lists.callweaver.org/pipermail/c … 01332.html and the next couple posts in the thread. It is either a permissions issue or formatting in the call file/dialplan.
