Trunk codec problem

I seem to be having an issue with my new bandwidth.com trunks I’m setting up. My inbound calls are all being rejected with
"SIP/2.0 488 Not acceptable here"
what I also found interesting was just before that was this…

v=0.
o=- 1248285922 1248285923 IN IP4 209.247.23.175.
s=-.
c=IN IP4 209.247.23.175.
t=0 0.
m=audio 60094 RTP/AVP 0 18 101.
a=rtpmap:101 telephone-event/8000.
a=fmtp:101 0-15.

now call me stupd but the distinct lack of audio codec kinda jumped out at me… then when digging in my full log I found this…

Capabilities: us - 0x4 (ulaw), peer - audio=0x0 (nothing)/video=0x0(nothing)/text=0x0 (nothing), combined - 0x0 (nothing)
No compatible codec’s, not accepting this offer!

Now, I’m new at this but I was told by bandwidth.com that they support ulaw and g729a. ulaw worked for me so I saw no reason to include g729a. And looking at the log it seem that bandwidth.com just isn’t sending any codec options?!? Am I wrong in they way I’m reading this? I hope you guys can help me out here, at this rate I’m not going to have much hair left…

Any ideas? I’d take comments at this point…
I’ll even take a visit from forum trolls at this point.
