Troubles with incoming calls

Hi all,

I’m helping a friend to install asterisk at his work.
I almost made it since it works with calls between terminals and outgoing calls but I’m unable to make it work with incoming calls.
I configured the system with the GUI-version : 2.1.0-rc1.
In the “Incoming Calling Rules” I configured asterisk to goto a ring group where I added the users defined in the users group.

In the log file I get

Call from ‘000000000’ (00.00.00.00:5060) to extension ‘s’ rejected because extension not found in context ‘DID_trunk_1’.
(I changed the real number to ‘000000000’ and the real ip to 00.00.00.00)
What I missed in the configuration?

Thanks

Hello.

It means right the same what you get in the CLI output: there’s no extension ‘s’ in the context ‘DID_trunk_1’. Add it, and you’ll get rid of this message.

I don’t use GUI , so I can not say anything else.

Asterisk GUI is a dead product.
