Transferrer Extensions automatically

Hi

When i ring a friend who is alo on asterisk i ring his extension and his IP eg 6000@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

How can i make it so that i can ring extension 6000 form any phone and it does to 6000@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx?
