"Transfer" when I press #

I am using asterisk for the doorbell system. Dorbell is connected to voip gateway and that gateway is registered as a sip client.

Now, when I call the doorbell from a X-lite softphone, I can finish te connection by clicking # sign on softphone, and then connection is ended ( it is a doorbell function) .

But in opposite way, when a guest call the reception, and after a conversation, when I press # sign to hangup dorbell, connection is not ended, but I can hear " Transfer" and some music starting play.

Why is that ? Can I somehow turn off this transfer function ?

Edit your features.conf and then take a look on asteriskdocs.org that “issue” is very basic.

The Dial options might be a better place to fix this.
