hi there. i have some problems with tracking numbers. what i want is when someone from outside calls and in IVR decides to go to voicemail and record his request , the system must give him a tracking code so that person can track the call answer in future. can anybody help me on this?
This can be done using AGI and PHP in the easiest way, but you need to write your own code and post what you have done and where you re stuck
