To connect Asterisk behind Panasonic KX-TA 308

Hello,
To connect Asterisk server behind Panasonic KX-TA 308 with a f4 port TDM card, do we require 4 port FXO card or 4 port FXS card? The Pansonic PBX is connected to the Telco line.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I forgot to mention the fact that we do not plan to connect any analog phones to the Asterisk server. But the Asterisk server should be able to call extensions on the Panasonic, call out to PSTN via Panasonic and be able to receive calls from Panasonic.

Yup , Mr Raj , you have to 4 fxo and 4 fxs for incoming and outgoing .
