Hi All,
I have a strange issue with one of our New TE412p card purchased couple of months back…
I configure this two te412p cards in two servers each, at one of our location. With asterisk 1.4 and zaptel 1.4.12…
We have 4 E1 pri’s plug ed 2 in each servers… Every thing worked fine for a month, until recently i had to reboot my servers…
The first server came up properly whereas the other came up, but card showed red alarms on both the pri’s…
Things i tried till now…
- shuffled the pri’s between both the boxes… still it shows Red ( this 2 E1 shows green on the first server)
- Spoke to the telco, they connected pri meter to this E1’s and dialed out confirmed, its OK
- recompiled libpri, zaptel, and asterisk again… ( no luck)
- connected a loopback cable with pin 1-4 and 2-5… ( still shows Red )
Can any one point me towards the solution, or is it some thing wrong with the new card
