Talking to management platforms?

Hi all,

My team here is looking into Asterisk. Not rocket scientists when it comes to things like these, but right now the big questions focus around management:

  1. Trying to figure out how to get Asterisk to talk to platforms like Tivoli and OpenView. Can you SMTP out to those? What’s the best and fastest way to do that integration / interfacing?

  2. Have you used their “management features” like the graphical call manager, the predictive dialer and the TCP/IP management interface? Thumbs up? Thumbs down?
