This probably not a new question.
Is there a way to simulate a presence of a T1/PRI card in asterisk.
It seems like its an over kill to buy an expensive card to just play around with the system.
h323 is the closest thing to tdm over ip. But you also might look into tdmoe. A pri is really nothing all to special. Those should help.
