System Time is correct, time on telephone is wrong

The telephone time is wrong but the telephone’s ntp server is set to pool.ntp.org and the system time is correct, what am I missing?

did you set the timezone in the phone?

Check the networking settings in the phone and/or try an IP address for an NTP server instead of the FQDN
