Anyone have any experience/recommendations with wireless SIP phones? I need a solution for a customer.

Thanks for the tip. Nothing conclusive and not a lot of experience. A couple of people like the Linksys WIP300 and a couple don’t like the Hitachi.
If your friend has GSM cell service, I would recommend the Nokia E61. It does (amongst other things) Cell calls (GSM) and VOIP calls (via WiFi) all from the same phone. Make sure you get the “unlocked” version. The sound quality is amazing. I was able to get it for under $450 CAD. europe.nokia.com/A4142101
