Suddenly unable to park calls

I’ve always been able to park calls, and suddenly I cannot. Nothing has changed on the asterisk box. I am running Asterisk on CentOS 5.2 64-bit. Does anyone know how this could happen? What can I do to fix it?

I am using Cisco 7940 phones with SIP firmware.

Please capture the error on the cli, so we can see whats going on. Without that we have no information.

Thanks for responding. Here is the output (removing any personal info):

Basically, I’m calling one extension (0616) from my cell phone, parking the call, then trying to pick it up from another extension (0722).
