Strange records in queue_log file

We use Asterisk 1.4.5
Sometimes asterisk put mistake recordes in queue_log, for example like:

1188140151|1188140151.2543|qlive|NONE|ENTERQUEUE||0504110129
1188140168|1188140151.2543|qlive|Local/0035892715104@agents_sip/n|CONNECT|17|1188140151.2544
1188141445|1188140151.2543|qlive|-c636,2 <-!!!

is it a bug? what may be the reason why Queue session not closed correctly? Thank you for any help
