i need to convert my .wav files to .gsm files
i tried the sox command :
sox input.wav -r 8000 -c 1 output.gsm resample -ql
but i didnt work! i also installed the libsox-fmt-gsm! and still doesnt work
Error displayed :
cannot … Uknown file type ‘gsm’
is there any other way or another program that can convert wav files to gsm files? or even to create new gsm files from scratch ???
