Sounds problem 1.6.1. upgrade from 1.6.0.5

[2009-06-22 16:01:40] WARNING[11504]: file.c:924 ast_streamfile: Unable to open vm-theperson (format 0x8 (alaw)): No such file or directory

I have read UPDATE.txt and the sound hints on the wiki and I am set for language =en but the above messages appear where I would expect voicemail to play a sound. the files are all there in the correct places including *.alaw, *.gsm and *.wav but I am stuck wirth the above messages.

To further expand, the vm-theperson recorded message does play when I call a number not in the dialling plan, it is only voicemail that can’t find the sound files.
