Sometime CDR does not write into Master.csv as well in CDR table but as per the full logs of asterisk it shows call were answered and hangup after so much of duration, it happens rarely but what can be the issue and how can we debug this kind of issue?
You’ll need to provide more detail such as the version of Asterisk in use and the specific call scenario that occurred.
Asterisk 11.4 and call flow is dynamic sometimes calls goes to queues and sometimes it goes to dial application.
I can’t comment on Asterisk 11 and won’t look deeply into it because that is indeed an unsupported old version. It is certainly possible it’s something there.

Changing the settings in cdr conf file may be helpful in this case.
