I searching a software (linux if it’s possible) click to dial but without browser just a software.
I used google but i didn’t found.

This is the wrong place for Support questions.
Click to dial is essentially a web browser concept, so I’m not really sure
what you mean by click to dial without a web browser.
If you want to originate a call from a native application, just merge the server side code from the web based application into your web application. You would either be using AMI Originate, or call files. You should definitely be able to find details on these via Google.
